The Iranian Foreign Ministry spoke about the state of health of Mojtaba Khamenei
Iran's supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is in good health and runs the country. This was announced on April 9 by Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Saeed Khatibzadeh.
"He is in good health and in control of everything," TASS quoted the minister as saying.
Khatibzade clarified that the newly elected supreme leader of Iran does not appear in public for security reasons. He recalled the death of the previous leader Ali Khamenei and noted that the US partners in Israel would not stop at "killing anyone."
Pentagon Chief Pete Hegseth announced at a briefing on April 8 that Iran's new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, had been seriously wounded.
