In the Moscow region, the amount of fines for non-payment of paid parking for officials and legal entities has changed. Amendments have been made to the regional Code of Administrative Offences, the Moscow City Duma announced on April 9.

The fine was 5,000 rubles for officials and 15,000 rubles for legal entities. Previously, they paid the same fine together with individuals — 2.5 thousand rubles. Now the minimum fine will be applicable only to individuals.

As Maxim Korkin, Chairman of the Committee on Transport and Road Complex and Information Technologies, noted, differentiated responsibilities have long been used in some regions, such as the Stavropol Territory, Volgograd and Leningrad Regions, and this experience has been recognized as successful.

In total, according to the Moscow State Duma, in 2025, more than 13% of the total number of resolutions for non-payment of paid parking in respect of legal entities were issued.

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation to work out the proposals of deputies on the legislative consolidation of the mechanism of post-payment for parking. As specified on March 25, the report must be submitted by June 1.
