The first CDT project with resettlement will be launched in Vladivostok

Vladivostok is launching the first Integrated territory development (CDT) project with resettlement, which will cover an area of 6.5 hectares. This is reported by the regional government.

A modern residential quarter is planned to be built on the site of a 6.5-hectare plot in the area of Tyumenskaya Street by 2033. The developer will have to build new housing, educational institutions, demolish outdated facilities, but the main thing is to resettle existing houses.

"The special feature of the Tyumen CRT is that it is the first project in Vladivostok with resettlement, which is under implementation. This is a complex format. The auction was won by a local developer, and the authorities are ready to help him at any stage," the administration of the Far Eastern capital commented.

According to the authorities, 30 private houses, about a hundred non-residential buildings, as well as seven apartment buildings, one of which was previously declared an emergency, are under demolition. The developer will have to provide new housing for 244 people living on an area of 7.1 thousand square meters. m. So, at least 5% of them should receive apartments by September 2026. The relocation is planned to be fully completed by 2030. In this case, the owner can choose monetary compensation instead of the proposed meters.

According to IA PrimaMedia, the KRT project provides for the construction of 13 residential buildings, which will house about 1.5 thousand apartments. The architects will take into account the terrain features and develop a project preserving the viewpoints of the Nagorny Park.

A kindergarten and a school will also be built on the territory, as well as a six-storey parking lot. There will be green areas for recreation, children's and sports grounds. To ensure transport accessibility, it is planned to reconstruct Bratskaya Street and overhaul the Tungusskaya section, create inner-block driveways and carry out other activities.

The project is being implemented in five stages. It is expected that the first stage will be completed in 2030, and a completely new residential area will be built in Vladivostok by 2033.
