On April 9, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Alexander Syrsky announced a decisive confrontation with Russia. He wrote about this in his Telegram channel.

"Therefore, we have no right to stop in this decisive confrontation," Syrsky added after noting that the Russian army had increased the number of unmanned troops.
