Finland has declared its unwillingness to tolerate US rhetoric against Iran.

Finland and other member states of the European Union (EU) do not intend to put up with the aggressive rhetoric of American leader Donald Trump against Iran. This was announced by the head of the Finnish Foreign Ministry, Elina Valtonen, in an interview with Iltalehti newspaper.

"Of course, in no case can we put up with such statements (by Trump. — Ed.) <...> or, even more so, with what might be behind them," Valtonen said.

She also noted that there is now an opportunity to preserve peace between the American and Iranian sides.
