Trump announced the preservation of the US Armed Forces around Iran until the terms of the agreement are respected

The US armed forces will maintain a presence around Iran until the terms of the agreement are fully implemented. This was announced on April 8 by the head of the White House, Donald Trump.

"All American ships, planes and military personnel <...> will remain in and around Iran," he wrote on the Truth Social network.

Trump threatened that if the agreements were disrupted, the United States would resume bombing the republic.

"The shooting will begin, bigger, more massive and more powerful than ever before," the American leader said.

He also stressed that preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and ensuring the safety of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz remain among the key conditions.
