According to the court's decision on April 8, the man was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent committed by a person subjected to administrative punishment for committing any of the administrative offenses provided for in Part 2 of Article 9 of the Criminal Code").

The defendant has the right to appeal the verdict within 15 days.
