A criminal case has been opened in the Kemerovo region after the disappearance of Hero of Russia Alexei Asylkhanov. This was reported on April 8 in the investigative department of the Investigative Committee (IC) for the region.
"A criminal case has been initiated and is being investigated under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder")," the agency told TASS.
