Sharon Osbourne, the widow of rock musician Ozzy Osbourne, has put up for sale their shared mansion in Los Angeles for $17 million. This happened less than a year after the death of the legendary Black Sabbath frontman. This was reported on April 7 in the Daily Mail magazine.

The mansion is located in the prestigious Hancock Park area, about eight km from downtown Los Angeles. The Mediterranean-style building was built in 1929 and covers more than 950 square meters. According to People, it has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, a home theater, a swimming pool with handmade mosaic tiles and a guest house. Autographs of famous guests from different decades — Elvis Presley, Natalie Wood and singer Mel Torme - have been preserved on the fireplace lining of the home theater.

"This house holds so many memories for our family. It's time to start a new chapter, although it's bitter to part," the Consequence quotes Sharon as saying.

The Osbournes bought the mansion in 2015 for $11.85 million. In 2022, the couple already put it up for auction — first for $ 18 million, then reduced the price to $17.5 million, but eventually removed the ad.

British rock musician Ozzy Osbourne died on July 22, 2025 at the age of 76. The singer had Parkinson's disease. In addition, he has suffered from other health problems in recent years, including complications from injuries sustained in a fall in 2019.

The farewell to the rock musician, attended by thousands of his fans, took place on July 30. The police specifically blocked off the central territory of Birmingham, which is native to the musician. Osbourne himself wanted his funeral not to be a sad event, and during his lifetime he urged his fans to celebrate the triumph of life and remember his career.
