Currently, it is necessary to address the financial recovery of the housing and communal services (housing and communal services) sector. This was announced on April 8 by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.

"We need to deal with the financial recovery of the industry, this problem will not resolve just like that," he said at a joint meeting of the board of the Ministry of Construction and the State Council commission on Infrastructure for Life.

According to Khusnullin, almost 8,000 km of heating and water supply networks were replaced in the first year. In addition, more than 1.5 thousand repairs and reconstructions have been completed, and over 1.5 thousand municipal infrastructure facilities, including 646 water supply facilities, have been overhauled. The Deputy Prime Minister also added that it is necessary to reduce consumer debt by 2% annually.
