The court turned the assets of the former vice-governor of Kuban into income of the Russian Federation.

The Leninsky District Court of Krasnodar has granted a claim for the transfer to the state income of the property of the former vice-governor of the Krasnodar Territory Andrey Korobka and related persons. This was announced on April 7 by the joint press service of the courts of the region.

"The court satisfied the claims by converting the defendants' assets worth over 10 billion rubles to the income of the Russian Federation," the press service said in a statement on the MAX messenger.

The court found proven violations of anti-corruption legislation in the actions of the official. The Box is accused of illegal lease, concealment of assets, withdrawal of land from agricultural circulation, as well as inappropriate financing and personal use of public lands.
