A new school No. 1360 has been opened in Bogorodskoye district in the east of Moscow for students in grades 7-11. This was announced by the Mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, on Monday, April 6.

A comfortable and safe environment has been created in the building, including for students with limited mobility. The school is equipped with laboratory and research complexes and an IT training ground, writes "Moscow 24". There, students will be able to study robotics, the work of drones, additive technologies, master 3D printing and first aid skills. The facility also has a transformable gym. According to the mayor, the school has expanded the possibilities of additional education: students will be able to attend technical and natural science clubs, sports sections, as well as learn Korean and Chinese, the Moscow City News agency reports.

Sobyanin added that in recent years, a kindergarten and two schools have been built in Bogorodskoye, a new polyclinic has been opened and the reconstruction of the school on Krasnobogatyrskaya Street is continuing. The transport infrastructure is also developing — after the launch of the Moscow High-speed Diameter, new routes appeared, and recently the tram diameter T1 began operating.
