After the completion of the dismantling work, the former tenant will be charged with compensation for all costs. It is noted that the city services are engaged in dismantling.

On February 19, the press service of the city property control committee announced the approval in St. Petersburg of a plan to dismantle a shopping center near the Primorskaya metro station. According to the agency, the owner of the facility has applied for the voluntary release of the site.
