Alexander Ananyev, Minister of Tariff Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, was detained in a case of receiving a large-scale bribe. This was announced on April 6 by the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

"In August 2022, the actual owner of the energy company appealed to the suspect <...> with a request for an illegal monetary reward in the amount of 10 million rubles to provide the company with the status of a territorial grid organization, which would allow it to profit from electricity transmission at preferential tariffs," the press service of the Investigative Committee wrote in the MAX messenger.

According to the investigation, in November 2022, Ananyev received part of a bribe in the amount of 5 million rubles from the owner of the company, after which the organization was included in the system of unified boiler tariffs for 2023. It is noted that the issue of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention is currently being resolved.

The regional prosecutor's office clarified that the investigation of the criminal case on receiving a bribe (Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) has been brought under control.

On April 3, the head of the administration of the Toksovskoye Urban Settlement municipal formation, his deputy and assistant in the case of receiving a bribe were detained in the Leningrad region. According to the investigation, from November 2024 to April 2026, the defendants acted as part of an organized group and demanded 40 million rubles from the director of one of the organizations for assistance in leasing and subsequent purchase of land in the settlement.
