The regions with the lowest mortgage rates in the country were Buryatia, Yakutia and Sakhalin Oblast. This became known on April 6 from the analysis of data from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

In Buryatia, the rate is 4.99%. Whereas in Yakutia and Sakhalin it is 5.01%, RIA Novosti notes.
