Vnukovo Airport in Moscow accepts and dispatches flights by appointment. This was announced by the Federal Air Transport Agency on April 3.

"Vnukovo Airport accepts and dispatches flights in coordination with the relevant authorities in connection with the introduction of temporary restrictions on the use of airspace in the aviagavan area," the agency said in a publication on the MAX messenger.
