Over the past 13 years, more than 54 million Troika transport cards have been issued in Moscow. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Transport and Industry, on Thursday, April 2.

He also stressed that at the end of 2023, the production of the card was fully localized in the capital, making it independent of external factors.

According to him, today the ticket system based on Troika is one of the most innovative in the world, it already operates in 34 regions of Russia and allows using more than 3.5 thousand tariff options.

The capital's Troika-based ticket system has a data warehouse comparable in scale to the data centers of the country's largest credit institutions, the Moscow City News Agency reports.
