By 2028, the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Republic of Belarus will hold more than 450 joint events under the program for the development of inter-municipal cooperation. This was announced on April 2 by Olga Guseva, Minister of International and Interregional Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

"This is the third program of inter—municipal cooperation, it is for a new period — 2026-2028, the program contains more than 450 events," Gusayeva said.
