"Since March 2, a total of 1,345 people have been killed and 4,040 injured, including 27 dead and 105 injured in the last 24 hours alone," the publication says.

The day before, at least 17 Lebanese were killed in attacks on Beirut and settlements in the south of the country, which were carried out by the Israeli Air Force (IAF).

At least four Lebanese citizens were killed on March 31 in Israeli air strikes on the settlements of Al-Wasita and Deir Kifa in the border district of Tyre.
