Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg began receiving and dispatching planes by agreement. This was announced on Thursday, April 2, by the press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency.
"Pulkovo Airport accepts and dispatches flights in coordination with the relevant authorities," the agency wrote on the Telegram channel.
It is noted that these measures were taken to ensure the safety of flights. Temporary restrictions on the use of airspace have been introduced in the airport area.
On the same day, similar restrictions were introduced at Moscow's Sheremetyevo Airport. It is emphasized that due to the measures taken to ensure the safety of air transportation, adjustments to the flight schedule are possible.
