More than 5,700 applications for a free plot were submitted in the Moscow region

In the Moscow region, since the beginning of 2026, the regional portal of public services has received about 5,700 applications for the provision of free land. As part of this service, it is possible to arrange a plot that is in municipal ownership or the ownership of which is unlimited. The plot must have established boundaries and be registered on the cadastral register.

As explained by the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya with reference to the regional Ministry of Public Administration, Information Technology and Communications, the service "Provision of land plots for free" is located in the "Land" section - "Use and lease".

Both individuals and legal entities can receive the service. You must log in to the regional public services portal using a verified ESIA account, fill out the electronic application form and upload the documents.

Earlier, the Moscow State Duma named the conditions for receiving an urgent pension payment. In Russia, men over the age of 60 and women over the age of 55 can receive an urgent pension payment if they have a minimum insurance record of 15 years and have accumulated more than 30 pension points. This was announced by deputy of the Moscow State Duma and chairman of the Union of Pensioners of the Moscow region Anatoly Nikitin. According to him, the period for which it will be possible to receive a fixed-term pension is determined individually, but it must be at least 10 years. The amount of the payout depends on the total amount of savings and is calculated for each person separately.
