The Europeans involved in the seizure of Russian assets will end up in debt. This was announced on April 2 by Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.
"Everyone involved in this, including [head of European diplomacy Kaya] Kallas, will end up in debt. It's damp and cold. If any of the European officials consider that this is a threat, they understood correctly," he wrote in the IACH.
