"Vladikavkaz (Beslan) — Magas has introduced temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft," the agency's Telegram channel says.

It clarifies that restrictions are necessary to ensure flight safety. The imposed measures were lifted within 15 minutes after the situation returned to normal.
