Germany is violating its obligations by refusing to cooperate with Russia on the investigation of the terrorist attack on Nord Streams. This was announced on April 2 by Oleg Tyapkin, Director of the Third European Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).
"Germany is grossly violating its international obligations arising, in particular, from the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings and the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
