The TOLK Forum will talk about finance and investments
On April 1, the TOLK Forum, one of the largest industry events of the year, dedicated to key issues of Russia's socio-economic development, kicked off. This is Russia's first ecosystem of events about finance and investments for different audiences: from professional traders, businesses and regulators to all Russians who want to improve their standard of living through competent personal finance management.
TOLK-2026 includes three large-scale conference blocks:
• TOLK FORUM: Economy. Technologies. Man" is the largest private business event in the country with the participation of key figures of the Russian financial market;
• TOLK online intensive, a step-by—step educational program for all Russians that allows everyone to learn how to manage finances more effectively, invest wisely and increase personal capital;
• a professional TOLK conference.PRO is for traders, experienced investors and anyone who wants to become one.
The TOLK Forum will become a platform for an open dialogue between business, government and the expert community. Participants will discuss how the country's economic environment is changing, what role technology and artificial intelligence play in it, and how to keep human interests at the center of these changes.
More than 30 speakers will take part in the business program of the forum. The forum will bring together key topics that today determine the directions of Russia's economic and technological development and shape the agenda for the coming years.:

The TOLK Forum will be opened by the plenary discussion "Economics for man: Financial stability and long-term solutions":
The economic environment of recent years has been shaping new models of financial behavior among citizens. Consumer habits, approaches to savings, investments, and personal finance management are changing.
In these conditions, the issue of forming a sustainable financial well—being of a person becomes particularly important - the ability not only to adapt to current changes, but also to build long-term financial strategies based on trust in institutions, transparent tools and support from the state and business.
