The cause of the AN-26 plane crash in Crimea could be a technical malfunction of the aircraft. This was announced on April 1 by Hero of Russia Major General of Aviation Sergey Lipovoy.

"In my life, there have been such cases [of plane crashes], and two reasons have always been identified in such tragedies. The first is the human factor. The second is a technical malfunction," he said in an interview with NEWS.ru .
