New Soueast S06 crossover goes on sale in Russia

Sales of the new Soueast S06 crossover have started in Russia. The car is available in two trim levels at prices starting from 3.1 million and 3.48 million rubles, respectively. This is stated in the message of the press service of the Chinese brand, which was received by Izvestia on April 1.

Soueast S06 has become the third and most compact model in the Russian line of the brand. The length of the car is 4616 mm with a wheelbase of 2720 mm. The crossover is offered in front-wheel drive with a 1.5-liter turbo engine (147 hp; 210 Nm) and all-wheel drive with a turbocharged 1.6 (186 hp; 275 Nm). In the first case, a six—speed "robot" is combined with the motor, in the second - an eight-speed "automatic".

By default, the crossover is equipped with 19-inch wheels, a 9.2-inch digital dashboard screen and a 12.8-inch central media system display with support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The backs of the rear seats are folded in a 60/40 ratio. The maximum amount of luggage space is 977 liters.

In the launch version, the model is also equipped with a panoramic sunroof, roof rails, electric heated seats, an all-round viewing system, wireless charging for a smartphone, a Sony audio system with eight speakers, a complex of driver assistants with blind spot monitoring and lane change assistance, as well as other functions. The winter package also includes heated steering wheel, windshield and rear windows. The washer tank in the Russian version has been increased to 4.2 liters.

The all-wheel drive versions of the Soueast S06 are externally distinguished by green brake calipers. In this configuration, the car is equipped with a larger multimedia system screen with a diagonal of 15.6 inches. The package includes, among other things, double noise-insulating glass on the front doors and armrests of the rear row of seats with cup holders.

The day before, the Changan CS75 Pro seven-seat crossover was introduced in Russia. It will be offered in Russia with a Blue Core family engine with a capacity of 181 hp (280 Nm). The car has a three-row layout, the second row seats are equipped with longitudinal adjustment.
