Iran does not accept a "cease-fire," and the Islamic Republic demands an end to wars throughout the Middle East. This was announced on March 31 by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi.

"We do not accept a cease—fire, we strive for a complete cessation of wars not only in Iran, but throughout the region," Al Jazeera quoted him as saying.
