A special Il-76 aircraft of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations flew to Nizhnekamsk to deliver victims of the explosion at the plant to Moscow. The agency announced this on March 31.

"The IL-76 departmental plane took off for Nizhnekamsk. The flight is equipped with modern equipment and special medical modules, artificial respiration machines and heart monitors," the message on the MAX messenger says.
