As a result of attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Belgorod region, four people were injured, including Viktor Gozhenko, head of the administration of the village of Kazinka, Valuysky district. This was announced by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov on March 31.

"As a result of attacks from the Ukrainian Armed Forces, four people were injured. In the village of Kazinka, Valuysky district, Viktor Valentinovich Gozhenko, the head of the Kazan territorial administration, was injured by an FPV drone strike on an official car," Gladkov wrote on the Telegram channel.
