The court ordered the fraudsters to return 61 million rubles to Larisa Dolina as part of a criminal case on the theft of her apartment. This was announced on March 31 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the hall of the Balashikha city Court.

The singer's representative clarified that the total amount of the stolen funds and the market value of the apartment amount to 175 million rubles. Earlier, the court had already recovered 61 million rubles, so the remaining amount of claims was reduced.

"We subtract 61 million rubles from the stolen 175 million rubles, which have already been recovered, and we get 114 million rubles," said defender Dolinoy.

Thus, the singer reduced the claims from the initial 176 million to 114 million rubles.

The decision to award 61 million rubles was made by a court in Yoshkar-Ola. In February, it became known that the defense of one of the defendants in the Dolina apartment fraud case, Andrei Osnovy, intends to file a cassation appeal against the verdict. At the same time, the Moscow Regional Court increased the punishment for the defendant in the case of fraud with the apartment of singer Angela Tsyrulnikova. The term that Tsyrulnikova will have to serve in a general regime colony has been increased by three months.

In November last year, the Balashikha City Court issued a verdict in the case of the sale of the singer's apartment. It was noted that the courier Tsyrulnikova, who took the money from the singer, received seven years in prison with a fine of 1 million rubles. Three more defendants in the case — Osnovy, Artur Kamenetsky and Dmitry Leontiev — were sentenced to terms from four to seven years in a penal colony with a fine of 900 thousand rubles.
