In Yakutia, a FAW car loaded with building materials fell through the ice at a winter camp. The driver managed to escape.

The incident occurred at the Arctic ice crossing on Lake Khatyngnakh, 37 km from Srednekolymsk, writes IA YakutiaMedia with reference to the press service of the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Rescuers must unload the car, then remove it from the water and tow it to a populated area. There is a bypass road near the accident site, and traffic will not be blocked.
