Cancer may soon become a leader in mortality rates. This was announced on March 31 by Myra Kaleffi, MD, surgeon, member of the Board of Directors of the International Union against Cancer.

"Despite the fact that cancer is already one of the leading causes of death worldwide, and it is projected to surpass deaths from cardiovascular diseases by 2030, many countries still do not pay the necessary political and financial attention to the fight against cancer.
