13 forest parks to be improved in Moscow region

In 2026, 13 forest parks will be renovated in the Moscow Region. This is reported by the online publication "Podmoskovye Segodnya" with reference to the Ministry of Landscaping of the region.

Improvement of Vishnyakovsky forest Park is planned in Balashikha. A festival site and the Meyerhold Tower art object will appear on its territory. In addition, it is planned to install sports areas, playgrounds, and equipment rental points. The work will be completed in August.

By September, the Extras forest Park will be opened in Dedovsk. It is planned to equip the entrances from Krasny Oktyabr and Kolkhoznaya streets, as well as from the village of Chernaya. A ski run and hiking trails will be set up in the forest park.

More than 9 km of tracks will be built in the Octagon Park in Ramenskoye and four playgrounds will be installed. New Trekhgorka, Maslovsky Forest, Shulgino and Lazutinka will be improved in Odintsovo. Work is also planned in the Volkhonka forest parks in Bogorodskoye, Lechishchevo in Istra, Korobovo in Leninsky, Volkusha in Lytkarino and Tyapkin Peak in Dubna.
