"The enemy is openly sending a signal of negotiation and dialogue and is secretly planning a ground attack," he was quoted as saying by the IRIB news agency.

As added in the "Newspaper.En", the chairman of the Iranian parliament in his statement noted the readiness of his fellow citizens for the "arrival of American soldiers." Ghalibaf stressed that the missiles of the republic's "determined" armed forces are "in place," and also clarified that Tehran knows all the weaknesses of Washington and the US army.

US President Donald Trump's special envoy Stephen Witkoff announced possible talks with Tehran on March 27, but two days earlier, the official representative of the central headquarters of the Khatam al-Anbiya military command, Ebrahim Zolfagari, indicated that Iran would conduct a dialogue with the United States only on its own initiative.
