Finding out the exact death toll from the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the village of Selidovo may take several years due to the lack of suitable conditions. This was announced on March 29 by Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik.

"Russia treats such conclusions very scrupulously, therefore, conducting investigative actions by the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia or the Main Military Investigative Directorate requires both time and appropriate conditions. It will take years, if not decades, until the moment when it will be possible to say that these are the final figures," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
