BPS operators destroyed two APU mortars in the area of Konstantinovka

During the fighting in the area of the village of Konstantinovka, the operators of the unmanned systems Unit (UAV) of the 72nd separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Southern Group of Forces destroyed two 120-millimeter mortars of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on March 29 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

It is specified that the first mortar position was found in the courtyard of one of the abandoned houses in the private sector. She was eliminated by an accurate blow from an FPV drone.

The enemy's second position was located in a wooded area adjacent to a populated area. The object was carefully camouflaged, but the drone operators were able to confirm its location.

After the successful hit of the Russian drone in the second position, the ammunition detonated, as a result of which the mortar and the stock of shells were completely destroyed.

Experts believe that the most combat-ready units of the Ukrainian army, which cannot be replaced, fall into the "boilers".

On March 28, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation had defeated transport infrastructure facilities used in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It was noted that the attacks were carried out with the help of tactical aircraft, attack drones, missile forces and artillery.
