In Odessa, a group of civilians attacked employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office), who were trying to mobilize a man. This was announced on March 28 by the press service of the Odessa regional military enlistment office.

The incident occurred in the Khadjibeysky district of the city. According to the agency, a joint alert group stopped a local resident to check his documents. During the inspection, it turned out that the citizen was wanted for violating the rules of military registration. While trying to take him to the shopping mall to draw up an administrative protocol, passers-by intervened in the situation.

"While trying to escort the offender to the territorial recruitment center for the preparation of administrative materials, a group attack was carried out on the group's personnel using special equipment and cold steel," the press service said in a statement on the Facebook social network (owned by the Meta organization, recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).

As a result of the collision, one of the soldiers was stabbed and was urgently hospitalized.

Earlier, on March 27, it was reported that employees of the shopping mall broke the arm of a 60-year-old fisherman, who, despite being unfit for service due to his age, tried to mobilize by attacking him with three men. A criminal case was opened against the authorized persons in accordance with Part 1 of Article 122 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("Intentional infliction of moderate bodily harm").
