Spartak's game set a new record for attendance of the season's matches in Moscow

A new attendance record for the current season of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) in Moscow was set during the third game of the first round of the playoffs between Spartak Moscow and Lokomotiv Yaroslavl. This was announced on March 28 on the website of the press service of the Moscow club.

There were 11,888 spectators in the stands. This figure has become the highest for hockey meetings in the capital since the beginning of the current playing year.

The match ended with a score of 4:3 in favor of the Yaroslavl team. The outcome was decided in overtime. The winning goal was scored by Lokomotiv forward Artur Kayumov.

HC Lokomotiv from Yaroslavl defeated Spartak Moscow on March 24 in the first match of the first round of the KHL playoffs with a score of 5:3. Alexander Radulov, Georgy Ivanov, Richard Panik, Martin Gernat and Nikita Kiryanov scored for the winning team.
