Two people were injured in a UAV attack on Energodar
A young girl and a man were injured in an attack by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) on the satellite city of the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant Energodar. This was announced on March 28 by Mayor Maxim Pukhov.
"Two people have just been injured as a result of an attack by an unmanned aerial vehicle — a young girl and a man," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
The wounded were hospitalized. According to the mayor, the drone danger regime continues to operate in Energodar, where residents should not leave their homes if possible.
Pukhov called for the detection of a drone, without approaching it, to urgently contact the emergency services and inform their representatives about what was recorded.
The Governor of the Zaporizhia region, Yevgeny Balitsky, announced on March 16 that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) had fired artillery at the Energy Depot. At that time, according to him, there was a danger of new attacks in the area. Two days later, Pukhov said that the city was completely de-energized due to another shelling.
