The Moscow court granted the claim of a woman who demanded to stop the distribution of her video recipes for summer residents. This is stated in the materials that Izvestia reviewed on March 27.

In the recorded videos, the woman explained how to cook shish kebab, pickle cucumbers, freeze tomatoes and marinate cabbage. In her demands, she indicated that she is the creator and copyright holder of more than 30 videos that are illegally distributed on one of the social networks.

"To prohibit the defendant from creating technical conditions for the placement and distribution of audiovisual works," the court said in its ruling.

In favor of the woman, 3 thousand rubles were also recovered to reimburse court costs.

Composer Alexey Rybnikov announced on February 15 that he had won a case on the illegal use of the song "Boo-ra-ti-no", but had not yet received the funds awarded by the court as compensation. According to him, during the New Year holidays in 2023 and 2024, festive events for children were held at the Meridian shopping mall — the composer's music with "monstrous distortions" was played there.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
