Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Kyrgyz counterpart Sadyr Japarov highly appreciated the current state of interstate relations during a telephone conversation. This was announced on March 27 by the press service of the head of Kyrgyzstan.

"The heads of state confirmed their mutual commitment to further strengthen bilateral relations in the spirit of alliance and strategic partnership, noting the high level of political dialogue between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation," the Kyrgyz President's website says.
