The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are deploying punitive detachments to the Shostka district of the Sumy region due to the refusal of most militants to follow orders. This was reported on March 26 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"The enemy is deploying punitive detachments from the 33rd OSP to the Shostka district, which are supposed to 'motivate' refuseniks from the 210th OSP Berlingo," the report says.
