In Russia, the rules of money transfer will change from April 1. This was announced on March 26 by Meri Valishvili, Master of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of State and Municipal Finance at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

"Amendments to the rules of money transfer will come into force on April 1, 2026. In fact, these changes are aimed at improving the national payment system and ensuring its compliance with the international standard," she said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
