Israel has launched a series of attacks on residential buildings and civilian infrastructure in the Lebanese city of Tyre. The footage was provided to Izvestia by the Al Mayadeen TV channel on March 25.

Correspondent Ali Ahmar showed the ruins of multi-storey buildings and destruction in the historical quarters of the city.

"Tyre is a famous city, a city where everyone lives peacefully together, a tourist city. They are bombing civilian targets here — there are no military targets here," said one local resident.

The shooting range is an important humanitarian and medical hub connecting the south of the country with Beirut. People are forced to abandon their possessions and evacuate at night to escape the escalation.

"There are old people, women and children here — they are being attacked," said one of the townspeople.

Ahmar noted that the targets of the strikes were symbolic and civilian facilities, including large medical centers.
