The Ministry of Finance noted the growing interest of the foreign crypto industry in working in Russia

Individuals involved in the foreign crypto industry, as well as foreign exchanges, have become interested in working in Russia. This was announced on Wednesday, March 25, by Ivan Chebeskov, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov.

"We see interest from <...> foreign crypto infrastructure, foreign exchanges. They became interested that the market would be whitewashed, and some exchanges even expressed a desire to officially participate in our market," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying at the Russian Financial Market Forum ACRA.

Speaking about this, the Deputy Finance Minister of the Russian Federation stressed that what is being recorded indicates the movement of Russian specialists in the right direction.

On February 18, Andrey Kostin, the head of VTB (Vneshtorgbank), called for speeding up the process of legalizing cryptocurrencies in the Russian Federation in order to facilitate foreign trade settlements.
