Auto expert Dmitry Popov and auto lawyer Dmitry Slavnov told on Tuesday, March 24, when to change the registration documents for the car.

"The car was registered when you were in one place, and then you moved, your registration data moves, but the registration data for the car does not move. It's linked to a passport, not a residence permit," Popov said in an interview with RT.

In turn, Slavnov clarified that if changes have occurred in the documents, for example, a change of last name or a change of permanent place of residence, then the documents need to be changed.
