Investigators have opened a criminal case into the collapse of a multi-storey building in the city of Sevastopol. This was reported on March 24 in the press service of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

"A criminal case has been opened on the fact of causing death by negligence as a result of the collapse of a multi—storey building in the city of Sevastopol (Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the message says.
