The gas management building and the gas transmission plant in Isfahan were damaged as a result of the US and Israel strike. This was reported by the Fars news agency on March 24.

"The targets of the attack were the gas management building and the gas transmission station on Kaveh Street in Isfahan, as a result of which parts of these facilities and surrounding houses were damaged," the Telegram channel said.

It is specified that at the same time, a gas pipeline in Khorramshahr was attacked. No one was injured in the incident.

The head of the White House, Donald Trump, announced on March 23 that the US military would temporarily suspend strikes on Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure amid negotiations between Washington and Tehran. He also said that the United States and Iran had held two days of fruitful negotiations to resolve the conflict.

On the same day, the Iranian Foreign Ministry strongly denied the information about the alleged negotiations. According to the ministry, peace initiatives come only from the countries of the Middle East, and the statements of the American leader are an attempt to "buy time" for a military operation.

CBS News reported on March 23 that Iran is considering proposals from the United States to resolve the crisis through intermediaries.
