Unstable weather with heavy rains and thunderstorms is expected in the capital region in summer, but one of the months will be hot. Alexander Shuvalov, head of the Meteo forecasting center, told about this on March 23.

"By definition, it is impossible to say that the summer will be uniformly warm. I would not risk saying that it will be extremely hot either. But one of the months, I won't specify which one, it will definitely be," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

As the forecaster noted, unstable weather will also be observed in the spring.
